The Community Foundation supports people across the Wakefield and Five Towns district.

Through the grants we offer, the funds we raise via The Community Give Box, and the donations we redistribute, we:

• Help households struggling with fuel poverty
• Provide funding for various local projects
• Support local businesses to survive and thrive
• Enable community groups to deliver their particular brand of help
• Recognise the extraordinary contributions people make to their communities throughout the district
